水浇的太多了，可以把烂的部分切掉，再把下边的叶子揪掉一部分，露出一部分茎，然后浸泡多菌灵溶液半小时左右，再扦插让它重新发根应该就可以了，原来我家的也出现过这种情况，就用这种方法让他重新活过来的
