Does anyone know what's wrong with my Fenestraria Rhopalophylla? It doesn't look healthy and the 'heads' keep falling off

@sunnyzou thanks I will definitely consider all this when trying to save my plant. I've also done some research on the internet and it might be that it's potted in the wrong soil which might've caused root rot

@kimberly I have had the same problem with the same plant,It is caused by :Watering
More water will cause it to burst, if less, it will cause chapped.
2. Light:
Has been in a long time exposure.
3. Temperature:
High or low temperature is also one of the problems.
